Ten people from across the U.S. and South America were acknowledged for their video portrayal of everyday living with diabetes by MakingSenseofDiabetes.org, which organized the online video contest.
The contest asked people living with the disease to reveal the disease’s impact through either sight, sound, touch, smell or taste. The goal of the contest is to raise awareness about what it feels like to live with the disease every day.
